Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Priinteve website, mobile application and services. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Priinteve" / "we" / "us" refers to Priinteve Innovations, the platform's operating entity.
• "Customer" / "you" refers to any individual or business placing an order or using our services.
• "Order" refers to a request to produce printed materials submitted through our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using Priinteve, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain prohibited content, incorrect specifications or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Artwork & Design

• You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork is print-ready, meets the required specifications (resolution, bleed, colour mode) and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Priinteve is not liable for errors in artwork submitted by the customer, including spelling, colour variations due to screen calibration, or low-resolution images.
• If we offer a design proofing service, you must review and approve the proof before production begins. Approved proofs constitute your sign-off on the final output.

5. Production & Delivery

• Estimated production and delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on product complexity, order volume and logistics.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply-chain disruptions or courier delays.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Payment

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and other methods displayed at checkout.
• All payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways. Priinteve does not store full card details.
• If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, we reserve the right to recover the outstanding amount or withhold future orders.

7. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
• To request a cancellation, contact our support team as early as possible with your order number.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Priinteve platform — including logos, text, images, designs and software — is the property of Priinteve or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of artwork you upload. By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

9. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening or hateful.
• Infringing on trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
• Promoting violence, discrimination or illegal activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priinteve's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Priinteve harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of third-party rights through artwork or content you provide.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
