Shipping Policy

At Priinteve, we work hard to ensure your printed products reach you on time, every time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle dispatch, delivery and related processes.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability and estimated timelines are displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Processing Time

• Standard Products: 1–3 business days after order confirmation and artwork approval.
• Custom & Large-Format Products: 3–5 business days depending on specifications and quantity.
• Bulk Orders (500+ units): 5–7 business days. Our team will confirm a production schedule for large orders.

Processing time starts after payment is confirmed and artwork is approved (if proofing is applicable).

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions and delivery location.
• Charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
• We may offer free shipping promotions on select products or order values from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order in real time from the Track Order page on our website or your account dashboard.

6. Packaging

All orders are carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Large-format and fragile items receive additional reinforcement. If you have specific packaging requirements for bulk orders, let us know during order placement.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

• Our delivery partners will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability or refusal, the order will be returned to our facility.
• Re-delivery may be arranged at an additional shipping cost.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

1. Take photographs of the packaging and damaged items.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@printeve.com with your order number and photos.
3. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Priinteve is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
